Facebook Photo Extractor is a browser extension that helps users extract visible Facebook profile and cover image URLs from the active Facebook tab.
The extension does not collect, sell, transmit, or share personal data. It does not send browsing data, Facebook data, image URLs, or user activity to any external server.
When the user clicks an extraction button, the extension reads image elements from the currently active Facebook tab. The matching logic runs locally in the browser.
The extension may store the latest matched image result locally in the browser to improve reliability when Facebook loads images asynchronously. This local storage is not transmitted externally.
The extension uses browser permissions only to read the active Facebook tab after user action, run local detection code, save image downloads when requested, and store local matching results.
The extension only works with images that are already visible or available in the user's browser session. It does not bypass Facebook privacy settings or unlock hidden content.
